As I was cleaning and organizing my desktop, a task well needed and now completed after HOURS of work (Hurray!!). I came across these images that I never got to share on the journal. I’ve worked with this beautiful family many times and have seen the kids growing older but still keeping their wonder, adventure, and silliness that makes me smile. Here are some beautiful girls with their new baby brother and a reminder to the parents out there to keep their kids little and adventurous!
Some tips for capturing the wonder in kids…
- Let them be silly! The more they play the more relaxed they will be in front of the lens.
- Let them make the faces! You never know when the expressions you love on them might vanish and only come out on occasion rather than everyday. Often the most genuine burst of joy comes just after the biggest giggle.
- Ask questions: which princess would you be? how would you twirl if you were her?
